Beware of scam!!!!

We arrived to find we had no booking. The Balkan is not registered with Hotels.com and we were not the first that day to have been misled. I would however say that the staff were extremely helpful and can’t thank them enough for their help.

You Get What You Paid For

Stayed a couple of nights. Very cheap and location was ideal. Nothing groundbreaking about the hotel itself - it was somewhere to sleep and we got what we paid for. Main issue was hot water took a long time to work. Also, a bedside lamp would be useful

Cleaner than expected but No parking no kettle:(

The room and bedding was clean ,and clean towels are provided, although there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room , there is a vending machine on one of the landings, that only takes coins . A good location , but, in hindsight, for a little extra we could have stayed in better places , with a breakfast , and parking included ,,, as there is no parking provided at this residence,, we had to pay for 2 nights parking at the car park near the tower . We arived at 9 pm non a Friday Young man on reception was helpful and friendly, but we were disappointed to find out the bar was closed , and no kettle ,,, we we're gasping

Great stay

Host was very friendly when we got into the room very clean bathroom also clean bed very comfy rail to hang clothes up tv to watch n table to sit at just lacking tea n coffee facilities in room
