The room was clean &tidy , the management were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was very nice, we had a lovely stay in this hotel.

I loved my stay when I did my gig however I don't understand why I kept getting asked to make a payment when I had already paid and have reacite on the app for my stay here lovely staff at the venue but the manager kept asking for payment when I had already full paid I showed proof of payment then was still ring up a week after staying Thier and was asked again I kept proof of payment as my proof over then that everything else was spot on with the hotel and staff was amazing
When we arrived got to we had not got breakfast but we had, she then apologies for a roof leak on the staircase. When we got back from the sole suit at 10pm she was moving people into other rooms she said roof was leaking due to the amount of rain however our room was dry but we had no electricity she said we could go find another hotel and have a refund or say and get a discount as we would be going straight to bed we said ok get a discount. We did get breakfast and it was ok.
It’s now two weeks and still no discount even though they said we would get 50% back.
