I was highly delighted with my room and it was spotlessly clean the breakfast was fantastic with plenty off choice and the owners where so helpful and friendly the property is in a excellent position for everything I will definitely recommend and I would certainly book again next year

This has to be the best we have stayed in so far in blackpool and we have stayed in a few, owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. should we visit Blackpool again which im sure we will I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel. If I had to sum it up in one word I would say BRILLIANT.

Pros: Clean, comfy and good food.

Location: Location was good - not far from Central Pier and about a ten minute walk into the town centre.

Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean. Mr & Mrs Robinson were lovely hosts. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked and delicious.
