I didn't know until I got there that there was no elevator. We had ordered a room on the 1st floor because of mobility issues. We had to haul our bags up the stairs. Not happy.

Loudest, squeakiest bathroom door ever, no elevator, and breakfast was out of juices (machine poured out colored water with no juice concentrate left), there was no hot water for tea and only one option of teabag, and “toast” was 2 pieces of white bread in individual ziploc baggies but I honestly never saw a toaster.

Safe Clean and comfortable!

Hotel is clean! Staff is always helpful! We stay there often when visiting family! Breakfast could use some work! Maybe some bagels or English muffins? Maybe some peanut butter?

Older model bathroom and hotel, but there were efforts to maintain cleanliness and to keep updated. The air condition was in and out, as well as the fridge. However, the gym and breakfast was nice! We paid top dollar unfortunately, due to parents weekend.
