Nice place to stay while visiting Radford University. Next door to grocery store, Papa John, and nice chinese take out place. Five minute ride to college with more eating establishment close by. Staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage and waffles for hot breakfast. Comfortable and modern rooms.

Staff was pleasant. I got there very late at night after a long drive. As soon as I settled into my room, the smoke alarm went off and staff said they smelled smoke and one guest admitted to smoking.

Older property which has had some cosmetic upgrades (paint, carpet, etc) but is in need of some capital improvements. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed and decent shower. For the price it’s a good value. Note: property is advertised as “pet friendly” but there is NO pet relief area. Would stay again as a stopover on a longer trip

Average experience. Check in was good and staff were nice. That’s about where it ended. Hallway reeked of weed and began to creep in our room. Probably because the crack in the door was larger than it should have been. Noisy neighbors. Up and loud until around 2AM. Slamming doors all hours of the night. This was my second time staying here. I will find another hotel in the area next time.

Way overpriced for mediocre hotel. Thin walls, could hear people just talking. Heat-A/C unit made funny noises. Multiple rooms were obviously smoking weed as you could smell it blaringly while walking down the hall. So nasty. It also smelled a little like wet dog in the reception area. One night stay was $204 total. Completely overpriced. Breakfast was fine but bought store brand yogurts to save money. They did upgrade us to a suite but the sofa room had no tv so it was a random waste of space. Bed was very comfortable.

Young man at front desk was friendly, polite and efficient. What we didn't like was when we went in to check-in, there was a customer who had just checked in, the room had (pet) hair balls on the carpet (he had pictures), his wife had an allergic reaction and was waiting in the car. The man was trying to get his money back for the night and was not getting satisfaction. By the time he left and we checked in, there were 7 people in the lobby watching this unfold.
