Please shut off the lights and heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No back in parking the HOA is sticky on this issue and will leave a note on your car if you do

2nd floor condo with a beautiful view across the street from the beach. Check-in was easy, Lisa provided instructions for key access, wifi, TV etc. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, including a nice variety of spices. Good coffee too! Access to the pool using the key fob.Thank you Lisa for sharing your comfy condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great mini getaway for the family

This condo was everything we could have hoped for, while doing a little get away with our family. You can’t beat the location and being able to walk to all birch bay offers. It’s seriously a one minute walk to the beach. Not to mention the view of the water. The pool was a HUGE plus and a great option for not so great weather. Lisa was amazing, quick with communication and very accommodating. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Quick Get-away
