You will find this charming 2-bedroom one bath condo located at The Cabana Club, one of Birch Bays premier family vacation locations. In 2023 this property under-went a complete refurbish. Almost everything is brand new. New paint, flooring, appliances, furniture and much more. Your condo offers a queen size bed in one room with lots of closet space and a trundle bed in the second room perfect for a couple kids or teens. There is a spacious bathroom which has lots of light. The living room has a small sectional which is perfect to curl up on with friends and watch TV. It does not make out into a sleeper. The kitchen has all you need to make a light snack or a full meal. The patio is the perfect place to soak up some sun and read a good book. Close to the pool and clubhouse entry you will get to enjoy the outdoor pool which is open May through Sept and into October if the weather is good. Inside the clubhouse is a hot tub and a living room area with ping pong, foosball table and an area to work on puzzles or play games. There is also a washer and dryer in the clubhouse for you to use during your stay.

The State Park is within walking distance and a public beach access is about a block away. You can go clamming or have a nice beach fire to roast marshmallows and watch one of Birch Bays famous sunsets. The C-shop which is always a favorite is walking distance as well. Waterslides, go carts, pubs, restaurants makes Birch Bay the perfect family get away spot. Want to do some hiking or mountain biking, visit Galbraith Mountain. Mount Baler is a 2 hour beautiful drive. Vancouver BC is only 30 minutes away but you do need a passport to get into Canada. Lots to do or just kick back and relax this is the perfect spot.
