Brooklinn Mill is a superb place to spend a holiday. The building is the former store building of a converted 19th Century jute mill, packed with original features and real character.

The Loft occupies the top floor of the store building of a former jute mill. It is a totally self-contained apartment which is accessed by an outside staircase. It has sloped ceilings with roof windows to make the most of the breathtaking views across the rivers, tree-tops and to the hills beyond.

The Loft has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space to create a light and airy home. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and a double- ended bath. There are stunning views of the weir at Brooklinn Mill and the river Ericht.

There are two small utility/ store rooms one of which also houses the washing machine.

Brooklinn Mill is about 1 mile from Blairgowrie which has good amenities such as shops, cafes and restaurants. But Brooklinn Mill's quiet waterside location means you can feel like you're right in the countryside. There are plenty of options for local walks right from the door whether it's the gentle walk into Blairgowrie along the riverside path, the more challenging route over the hill or indeed making the most of the 65 mile Cateran Trail which passes right by the door. There really is something for everyone!
