Disliked: Cleanliness
The view is Spectacular but that is where much of it ends. Host was rude to us, house was not fully cleaned and Hot Tub was so bad that they sent a cleaning team to drain and refill and even he said it smelled bad. They also informed us that the Host Bryan and his family had recently stayed in home and OPTED OUT of having it professionally cleaned by the team and did it themselves. That was evident. Food & cereal of some sort left on dining room table, dead stink bugs everywhere, dog hair everywhere, front porch covered in spider webs & dirt, backporch all brown with dirt chairs had to be cleaned to sit as well as picnic table, seemed never cleaned. master tub had hair still in it and drop ceiling was open ( we assume a repair?) over shower and dirty below. Master bedroom carpet stained, dishes not fully clean, stove still had food all over it and we have PICS of all of this. Deck has several dangerous soft spots, boards lifting and a rail completely detached by hot tub. Hot tub rack cover rail is broken so very difficult to to open and close. Deck covered in green mold everywhere creating a very slippery foundation, steps/posts are rotted out, this home needs serious maintenance. Lastly staying in Master Host closed all blinds looking out to mountain with no way of opening them ruining the description of mountain view from our master bed loft.
