We even have a nice shop to store your toys (Boats and skis) Just a short walk to the river, you’ll enjoy easy access to swimming, boating, and fishing. Centrally located, you're also close to hunting spots, relaxing hot springs, and the charming San Juan Winery. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our home is the ideal base for unforgettable family memories! This house has been fully renovated and comes equipped with a brand new HVAC system to meet your heating and cooling needs. Enjoy the newly added deck to watch the sunset or have a nice cup of coffee to start your day.
