Cute and comfy!

Small, quaint little motel. Even though it was older, it was very neat and clean. They have a cute little area for breakfast which included homemade banana bread! It was delicious! Ice machine was not working but stores are nearby. It’s a Mormon town so no alcohol or bars. There is a place about 3 miles outside of town where you can purchase some, however.

Newly upgraded rooms. Nicely done. Couple things, the curtain did not close completely so I fixed that, sink would not drain at all and didn't have tools with me to fix. Clean and comfortable otherwise.

We were very surprised when we received the email telling us what room we would be in and the code to get in Our first thought since it was still early this must be a bad motel. When we pulled up seeing that it was a small motel we didn't expect much was ready to pack up. This is a small motel but nicely remodeled very clean, quant.the room is good size. They had a book in the room giving suggestions where to eat how far from the motel.even had water in the fridge..

Cozy little Inn in a small town

On my last trip, I stayed at 4 different hotels and Blue Sage Inn had the softest towels. 2 bottles of water in fridge was an excellent touch for Utah & Arizona hot weather. Didn't encounter with any staff (not even during free breakfast) but it worked

This was a quick stop while traveling back home. Did not expect how great the property is! Remodeled rooms that were clean and very nice. My wife called it, “Upscale Schitts Creek vibes”. Will stay here every time we’re passing through the area.

Nice motel

The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was too soft for me and the AC was too loud. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay for the night.
