The apartment is located in the center of Blanes, in a small family building of four floors with elevator and facing an interior courtyard that isolates it from street noise. In addition, it is very sunny and has a magnificent terrace of 26 m2 full of plants, table and chairs to eat outside, sun loungers for sunbathing and awning for when the summer sun squeezes too much. It has been recently renovated so kitchen, shower, bed, furniture and appliances are new.

All spaces are exclusively for guests who have an attic apartment with separate entrance. It is an open space with high wooden ceilings where you will find a double bed, a full kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kitchenware (pans, pots, cutlery, glasses and cups, etc.) and various furniture such as table and chairs, chest of drawers, bookcase and wardrobe.

The beach and promenade are a five-minute walk away and around the apartment you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and services such as self-service laundries.

The bus stop to go to the train station of Blanes is a minute and the stop to take the intercity buses towards Barcelona, Girona and airports six minutes walk.

It is an ideal space for rest and reading. In addition, lovers of the novel have another important incentive: to spend a few days in the neighborhood where Roberto Bolaño, one of the most important writers of the 21st century, lived and wrote most of his work. The route "Roberto Bolaño in Blanes" retraces the living spaces of the writer from his arrival in Blanes in 1985 until his death in 2003.
