Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystalline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 9 people. External area of 800m2 with a large private garden and pool (12x4m), where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts and meals next to the pool with sea views. Garage for 2 cars. The 400m2 internal area consists of a large dining room with fireplace, tv and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (180 x 200cm and 150 x 190cm beds), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90 x 190cm); 1 bedroom with trundle bed (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 3 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups not accepted. This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Superbe, maison, avec des extérieurs, entretenu et propre une belle vue mer dans un quartier calme
Mobilier de jardin extérieur usé et cassé à renouveler
Le rez-de-chaussée très correct, une cuisine qui manque de vaisselle et de couverts
À l étage une rénovation serait nécessaire forte odeur d égouts, matelas tachés et ménage intérieur très très moyen Dommage !
