Hemos estado en enero, ya nos avisaron que es de verano. Nos dejaron una estufa catalítica que ayudó bastante y a la calefacción.Está frente una discoteca y a las 5:30 de la mañana la gente no tiene mucha empatía.Tiene pocos enchufes.El "sofá" es algo incómodo, muy alto para la mesa que tiene.Si apagas la luz del comedor desde el pasillo ya no puedes encenderla desde el recibidor.La de la habitación pequeña le pasa lo mismo.En fin, para dormir está bien para vivir algo incómodo.

Pregunten antes de alquilar por la situación del apartamento. Ya que el mío y no dicen nada en su anuncio claro está!, está frente a la puerta de la famosa discoteca Arena y no es por la música que no se escucha, es por la cantidad de gente que está en la calle hablando hasta altas horas de la noche y si a eso le unimos que anuncian que tiene aire acondicionado pero solo de pega que queda muy bien en las fotos pero no funciona y tengo que dar gracias que los días que estuvimos refresco mucho y pudimos cerrar las puertas y ventanas. No hay ropa de cama. El sitio está bien ubicado por cercanía a la playa y a un gran aparcamiento público de tierra a 200mt. Los espacios son muy buenos aunque una reformita no le vendría mal. Ojo al aire acondicionado y a la orientación del balcón, sin el estás perdido por las noches.
