From Olivone, follow the road towards Lukmanier Pass and take the turn for Dötra. Continue to the top of Dötra, then follow the well-maintained mountain road downhill until you reach the final chalet shown in the listing.

During the warmer months, the property can generally be reached with a standard car in good weather. However, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, particularly after rain or when road conditions are less favourable. When snow is present, access to the property is only possible on foot.
