Klein aber sehr gemĂŒtlich in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Beschilderung des Parkplatzes hĂ€tte etwas besser sein können. Auch könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hauptsaison etwas eng wird auf dem Parkplatz, da die einzelnen PlĂ€tze recht schmal schienen.Die Lage war super, alles in der NĂ€he, was man so braucht.Wermutstropfen waren einerseits die Zusatzkosten fĂŒr Internet und andererseits, dass man den SchlĂŒssel im Nachbarort abholen und abgeben musste.Mit dem Auto zwar kein großer Umweg, aber ohne Auto sicherlich etwas schwieriger.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnung, kleine PferdefĂŒĂŸe

Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet. Dachterrasse und Balkon sind schön. Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis war mit EinschrĂ€nkungen auch in Ordnung. Das Örtchen ist ruhig und freundlich, man findet alles, was man braucht. Die NĂ€he zum Strand ist toll. Und wenn man per Auto unterwegs ist, kann man wunderbare AusflĂŒge machen. Völlig unmöglich und aus der Zeit gefallen fanden wir, dass es kein kostenfreies Wifi gibt! Man muss fĂŒr eine tĂ€gliche GebĂŒhr ein GerĂ€t mieten. Ich hatte das in der Anzeige ĂŒberlesen, weil ich gar nicht drauf kam, dass so etwas noch angeboten wird. Das örtliche Netz ist instabil und reicht auch nicht bis zur Wohnung. Zweiter Wehrmutstropfen war die sehr oberflĂ€chliche Reinigung. Die KĂŒche ist fettig, es riecht auch danach. Da ist eine Grundreinigung fĂ€llig. Die Sofakissen sind fleckig. Dritter Kritikpunkt: man muss fĂŒr den Check in extra nach Deauville fahren und die SchlĂŒssel und Unterlagen abholen und bei Abreise zurĂŒckbringen. Letzteres wird sich organisatorisch bedingt nicht Ă€ndern lassen. An den ersten beiden Punkten sollte man arbeiten.

Die Matratzen im oberen Stock sind zu weich. Im Sommer zu heiß da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Badewanne sollte gegen eine Dusche ausgetauscht werden. An sonsten kann ich die Wohnung mit zwei Kindern sehr empfehlen. Auch die Umgebung sowie der BĂ€cker in 200 Metern und ein Metzger in 300 Metern Entfernung sehr gut.

L’appartement est bien agencĂ©. La piĂšce Ă  vivre, la cuisine et les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bain est vieille. La baignoire n’est pas Ă©quipĂ©e d’un mitigeur , il faut mĂ©langer l’eau froide et l’eau chaude. Le bĂ©mol Ă  cet appartement est l’odeur persistante d’urine venant des toilettes. Il serait bien de rĂ©soudre ce problĂšme.

Bien situé prÚs de la plage et des autres villes du bord de mer

Un appartement fonctionnel et lumineux et proche de la plage Ă  pied dans un quartier tranquille. 2 points Ă  amĂ©liorer : le nettoyage du rebord de la fenĂȘtre de la cuisine plein de fiente de pigeons (peu ragoĂ»tant quand on ouvre la fenĂȘtre), le wifi payant devrait ĂȘtre illimitĂ© et non limitĂ© Ă  2 Go par jour compte tenu du prix Ă  la semaine et des habitudes de connexion des gens aujourd’hui, surtout avec des enfants et un couvre-feu. Nous avons globalement passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, Ă©galement grĂące Ă  une mĂ©tĂ©o clĂ©mente qui nous a permis de passer du temps Ă  l’extĂ©rieur comme nous le souhaitions.
