The screened room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, share a meal, or spend the evening listening to the sounds of nature—without worrying about bugs.

The fully finished basement offers a second living area that's ideal for kids or teens, while the private primary suite above the garage features its own ensuite bathroom and private deck, creating a peaceful retreat.

The property and amenities offered were top tier and the central location made travel around the island easy. We will miss the beautiful sunsets from across the bay that were enjoyed from the comfortable and incredibly tasteful home.
