Amazing Home Near IU's Campus with INDOOR Basketball Gym & Weight Room

An amazingly UNIQUE craftsman style home only 3 miles from IU's campus with an INDOOR Indiana University themed basketball gym (50x26ft), a weight/workout room, as well as two hangout spaces attached to gym.

Close to College Mall, East side shopping & great dining.

This is a 5 bed 4 bath home. It features 2 large living spaces and kitchens on 2 different levels of the home. There is so much space and privacy as the bedrooms and baths are split between 3 different floors.

Guest have access to park their vehicle in the driveway- fits up to 6 cars.

Guests will receive a temporary password during your stay that will allow you to freely move in and out of the property 24 hours a day during your stay. You will not receive an actual key to the property.

Guest do not have access to the garage.
- Respect the home as if it is your own.

NOTE 1: Pool and hot tub will be completed in 2026. Pool and hot tub season will be May 1 - September 30.

NOTE 2: The yard is currently just dirt (i.e. no grass) as the pool is being constructed. It will be in "maintenance mode" until Dec, 2025.
