Full house is yours to enjoy. Large, fenced backyard. 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Washer/Dryer. Full stocked kitchen and one of the most economical short-term rentals available in the Bryan Park area. The location is ideal for anything IU related, trips downtown, or Bryan Park. You'll be just off the main arteries that lead you to any other outlying attractions the area offers. Walkable to a coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant. 2 Queen and 1 Full bed are your sleeping arrangements. Hi-speed cable internet and a Smart TV. There is even a take-on, leave-one, Memorial Library dedicated to Biscuit, the cat. The kitchen fully-stocked for cooking meals and will usually have a wide array of spices available. Both a traditional drip coffee maker and a k-cup in onsite. We do our best to offer a safe, clean place to stay, for a fair price.

Good spot for football weekend. Really short walk to coffee (Soma) and restaurant (Feta Kitchen). The backyard was great for us to sit and enjoy the nice weather and for our dog to run around.

Stay here for move in ay IU. Not far from campus. Very narrow road to parking area. Had what we needed. It would be good for any short term stay.
