A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant and Tiki Bar. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and 5 minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Short but sweet

we had a wonderful day on the water at Lake Monroe. It was wonderful to come to your place for dinner, a nice clean shower and comfortable accommodations for a good nights rest. we appreciate the opportunity to rest, relax, & recharge for another wonderful day on the water!Thanks again for offering your home to us.Oh yea.........we really enjoyed playing with the kittens who seem to live next door & watching the deer roam on the golf course!

A Quick Memorial Day Family Meet Up

First time stay at this property and found it spot on with the description. I have family in the area and several of us traveled to join in. Close to Lake Monroe and Bloomington. I will stay again. Try it, you'll like it!
