This spacious 4,200 sq ft home features 10 bedrooms with 17 beds. Enjoy a seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, pool table, and the privacy of a fenced backyard. Only 3 miles south of Indiana University, 10-minute walk to the YMCA, 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs allowed on the main floor. Bike trail just 2 blocks away connects to downtown Bloomington and College Mall.

Entire house to yourselves with keyless lock for self check-in. I am always available for questions -- past guests say my response time is faster than a hotel. Parties allowed with prior approval.

Lovely upper-middle-class neighborhood full of trees and gardens. Two parks nearby.

Entire house is yours except the garage and utility room in the basement. Streaming TV with Roku.

3-story home with 10 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 13 rooms total. Pool open May 1 - Oct 1 (solar heated). Hot tub open year-round. Bedrooms on every floor.

Bedroom notes: 3 of the 10 bedrooms are non-traditional. Basement dorm-style room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and 1 full bed. A bonus room has 2 twin floor mattresses. A multi-use room has a pull-out sofa and provides access to the hot tub and backyard, so foot traffic is likely. Review the layout to make sure it suits your needs.

Two bus lines within a short walk. Bike trail 2 blocks away connects to downtown and College Mall. Bloomington is small and accessible -- taxi and rideshare fares are inexpensive.

Pool open May 1 - Oct 1 (solar heated). If bringing more than 6 vehicles, let me know at booking. Garage is not available for guest use -- cleaners may access it during your stay.

Group stays in Bloomington

We stayed in this house for a family reunion - ages 4 to grandparents. The house has 3 separate gathering area, which worked well for people playing different card or board games, having individual conversations or just finding a place for a moment of quiet. We spent Saturday at the Wonder Lab, which was wonderful for kids and adults.

Not many VRBO houses that sleep this many people! It’s not the newest, nicest house on campus but just a few miles off campus and has everything needed for a large group (we had 8 couples). Would definitely stay again.

Stayed the weekend of the Little 500. 3rd weekend in April We loved being close to campus and the large number of comfortable beds. Although the property is dated the gathering areas were perfect for our needs.

Valeene Crew attendeds a wedding

The house was big enough to accommodate our group of 10 adults and 3 children effortlessly and still had more room! Lots of room with plenty of beds and plenty of parking space was plus. We enjoyed being able to have our group all together playing games, cooking food and getting ready together for the wedding. The house was very clean. My master king suite bed was comfortable! I usually plan trips for our group of 20+ people and wouldn't hesitate to bring them back here again if I need to.

Great place for larger groups

We had 13 college friends gather here for Homecoming. Although a bit dated, it was clean and a great place for us to hang out as a group. The kitchen was great for prepping tailgate food and there were plenty of beds & baths for all of us. Beds were comfortable, too. It was a quick Uber to Kirkwood and all the fun spots. Owner was responsive and quick to answer questions.

Beautiful relaxation
