The exterior of the hotel did not appear to be well kept. The lobby was very clean. Checking in was easy. The room was very nice and clean. The bathtub did not appear to be clean and water was standing in the tub. Otherwise the bathroom was clean.

Towels had black spots on it. Wifi was not great and not trusted by my phone. Hallways and staircases hadn’t been cleaned. Exterior was not tended too Overpriced for the accommodations Lobby bathroom was not useable. Side entrance was littered with cigarettes

Upon arrival there were dead bugs in the room. Front desk service was very nice. He didn't report the bugs as it seemed as if the room we had hadn't been used in awhile. Other than cosmetic issues in the bathroom our stay was great. Hot tub in the room was great.

When I pulled up Quality Inn Bedford PA, the search results included the Quality Inn Bedford IN which I selected and paid for. On my way there, I realized the mistake and tried to correct it but was unable to. Expedia blamed the hotel and vice versa. So I ended up with no hotel and a non refundable charge.
