Bed is comfortable and room smelled very clean upon arrival. Had an issue with the toilet that I had to take care of myself- front desk gave me a plunger after asking twice. Hotel was quiet at night except there was a loud group of young adults out in the parking lot with music and noise until after 12am. Bigger pillows needed too. Tv is nice and lots of channel options. Breakfast was good too

Nice hotel. Had old european vibe. Hotel clerk and breakfast personal very friendly. Good breakfast for hotel buffet. Would definitely recommend. Only complaint I had was the pool area was not kept up. Nice pool and hot tub but floor was dirty and know towels. People left toys and towels everywhere.

You can’t beat the value! Everything was clean, lots of hot breakfast items as well as grab and go items. The rooms were clean and updated for the most part. I would say the only negative would be the parking lot. You have to walk a bit to get to the front entrance or to enter the building after dark. We would stay again!

Front desk staff not present for quite awhile as several people checking in waited and waited. I then called the hotel from my cell phone to get someone to answer the desk. Once present, the front desk attendant was very friendly.

We always try to stay at this hotel when we have to come to Illinois State. The biggest issue I have is that there are no bath tubs, very little furniture, no outlets or tables on the outer side of the rooms that have two beds in them. These rooms also need better lighting other than overhead lights. As I got into the shower we realized that there was only one towel and two wash cloths for 4 people. My husband had to go to the front desk and was told that towels would have to be brought to the room by an employee which took about 30 minutes. These are not horrible things but things I would love to see improved.
