SweetGrass Getaway is a brand-new, custom-built property that feels like your home away from home. The first floor features a stunning living room with 20-foot ceilings, a beautiful stone gas-log fireplace, a 70-inch flat-screen TV, and picturesque views of the mountains and meadows. Adjacent to the living room is an open dining area that seats 10, along with a high-end chef's kitchen equipped with all-new stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, two sinks, custom live edge granite countertops, and plenty of storage. Additionally, there is a mudroom with a separate entrance, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink, a large pantry, and a powder room. From the first-floor living and dining areas, you can access the covered back porch, which features additional outdoor seating and dining, as well as a beautiful wood-burning fireplace—perfect for roasting s'mores or enjoying a glass of red wine on a winter evening. You can also grill your favorite meals on the Weber gas grill.

SweetGrass Getaway offers modern mountain-style accommodations that can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The four bedrooms provide a luxurious and comfortable experience. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite with custom tile, quartz countertops, and high-end finishes. The first-floor master bedroom is a welcoming space with a king bed, TV, and ensuite. The beautiful bathroom includes a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower. Upstairs, you'll find the perfect kids' room complete with four custom-built bunk beds, leather bean bag chairs, a flat-screen Smart TV, and even a wall-mounted arcade game—your kids may never want to leave! There are additional king and queen suites on the second floor with lovely views, spacious closets, and their own ensuites. Rounding out the upstairs is a cozy loft area, ideal for reading, rainy-day naps, or playing cards and board games, which are stocked in the home for your enjoyment.

Additional amenities at SweetGrass Getaway include high-speed Wi-Fi and brand-new smart TVs, allowing guests to log in to their streaming accounts or access local cable and other channels through Roku. The gravel driveway can accommodate three vehicles. Please note that pets are not permitted in this home. During the winter months (October through March), we strongly recommend using a 4-wheel- or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions.
