Trash disposal is located at the bottom of the hill after exiting the condo and on your left hand side. Look for a large gray wooden trash enclosure—it’s easy to spot.
Please only lock the smart lock when leaving the condo. Do not lock the door handle, as it requires a physical key to reopen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We totally enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was an easy commute to Boone and surrounding area. We had to reach out to management for help entering(totally our fault) and the return communication was instantaneous We would have no problem returning for another visit in the future!

The Host was extremely responsive to our needs. Great communication! The condo was very clean and furnished with everything you would need...kitchen, bathroom were fully stocked. Even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and hand mirror in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed sitting on the porch. Nice and quiet place. I would stay there again.
