On Highland Time is the perfect cabin for your next escape! This 3-bedroom mountain top cabin makes you feel secluded, but you are still close to everything. The cabin is located minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and Boone. You will be close to all the activities the High Country is known for. The cabin is newly renovated and has a brand-new hot tub and outdoor fire pit.

Enter into this 3 story home and be greeted with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a rustic wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen with brand new appliances, a drip-style coffeemaker and Keurig, gas grill and a view from the back deck that you won't forget!

The main level offers the convenience of a master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. Upstairs, you will find the loft with an amazing view, a king-size bed and another full bathroom. On the lower level, you will find 2 twin sized beds along with a full bathroom.

The den makes the perfect hang out spot for everyone, offering cozy seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. You can't come to the mountains without spending time enjoying the fresh mountain air. Step outside and grill up your favorite foods on the gas grill. In the evenings you'll love relaxing in the new 6 person hot tub or roasting smores in the custom fire-pit area as you stare into the starry sky!

This home is located 3.2 miles from App Ski Mountain, 3.0 miles from Tweetsie Railroad and Mystery Hill, 6 miles from Main Street in Blowing Rock, 4 miles from Appalachian State University, 18 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and 24 miles from Grandfather Mountain. Amazing house, with a fantastic floor plan and amazing kitchen. Bed rooms were fantastic as well as the downstairs “loft” area. The host was so attentive and very quick a willing to engage in the simplest questions. The fire pit perch was also great!

We loved our long winter weekend in this cozy mountaintop cabin with beautiful views and amenities galore. The proximity to Appalachian Ski Mountain was perfect for a quick drive to skiing, and the hot tub overlooking the woods and ridge line beyond was spectacular. A fire pit for s'mores, griddle for making pancakes, tvs for watching the playoff games, board games and game table, and a friendly and responsive host were all cherries on top. The 3-bed 3-bath layout was also perfect for us. Highly recommend On Highland Time!
