Hotels.com horrible service property great.

The property was great however Hotels.com is horrible they didn’t represent the room correctly. Said we have a separate bedroom and we didn’t. None of the pictures online showed the pullout couch with the bed. However, our room was all in one room. When we called, they wouldn’t change it. They were not helpful at all. The property was great. I would not book through Hotels.com for this property. They do not correctly represent what you will get.

Beautiful in winter

Everything was good. Just a few things to know…walls are very thin could hear our neighbors talking at 5:30am that woke us up. Also could hear loud noises from upstairs tenants like foot stomping. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pans as the ones in cabin 2 were uncleanable. We had to go buy our own while we were there. In winter the drive is steep into the cabin parking lot and luckily we had all-wheel drive. Other patrons had to park elsewhere as to not get stuck. Overall beds were comfortable and the place stayed nice and warm! Good location and beautiful views.
