Stay for a weekend or a month or two--this downtown aerie offers deluxe accommodations in a spacious upstairs apartment featuring a graciously sized living area, full kitchen, beautiful baths, and a King master suite plus a Queen Murphy bed in the den, which has a door for privacy, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. With a balancony overlooking Sunset Street and steps from Main Street, this unit also offers elevator access and a reserved parking spot nearby.



The Space:

Convenient and walkable location to downtown Blowing Rock with a private parking space! Featuring a spacious living area that is open to the dining and kitchen areas. Plenty of light from the wall of windows looking out over Sunset Drive downtown. A primary bedroom suite with a king bed and private bath has access out to the balcony. A queen murphy bed is set up in the den and has plenty of closet space and a door for privacy. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to bring the total sleeping space to 6. A large laundry area is great for those seeking a longer stay in the cool summers. Enjoy people-watching from your balcony and relish the condo's proximity to village shops and restaurants, and the town park.  Art in the Park and Music on the Lawn are just a stroll away during the summer/fall season.  Located above retail shops, there is a secure entrance in the back with an elevator to access the unit. Downtown living doesn't get better than the Overlook on Sunset!



No Smoking

Pet-friendly with pre-approval. Maximum of 2 small dogs under 25 pounds each or one dog up to 45 pounds. Pet fee plus tax is $112.75 per dog. 

No Parties or Events

Minimum Age: 25 years old

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late Check-out or Early Check-in at 1:00 PM:  Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.

Guest Access:

Secure entrance shared with local businesses to an elevator up to the second floor. The upstairs lobby is shared by one business suite and this unit.

Located in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock on Sunset Drive and steps to Main Street across from the park.



Getting Around:

The Overlook on Sunset is steps away from Main Street with all the shopping and dining Blowing Rock has to offer. There is also a dedicated parking space for this unit in a private lot.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
