Large den with window wall and deck with spectacular mountain views across Georgia to North Carolina. Open floor plan with multiple social area inside and out. **No Hot Tub**. 50 “ TV in main room and 75" TV in lower level rec room, 40” tv in bunk room. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, air fryer, and high quality tableware and utensils. Dining Table seats 12 comfortably. Big Green Egg and Weber gas grill. Multiple outdoor seating areas both screened and open to enjoy the multi-state cascading mountains view. 5 Bedroom and 4 1/2 Baths. The King master with private bathroom is on the main floor as you enter the house. The second King master with private bathroom and 4 singles bunk room with private bathroom are in the basement. The 2 Queen BRs with shared hallway bathroom are upstairs. 1 upstairs BR has a desk space and the other has an armchair space. Outdoor fire pit. Indoor fireplace is ventless and is for large candles and not for burning wood. Pool table and ping pong table in basement. Puzzles, cards, general games, and gathering tables in basement.
