This property is AWFUL. Refused to give me my room I reserved because I wouldn't pay $50 cash for my service dog per day. Expedia is AWFUL for not refunding me and forcing me to go through my credit card. Never using expedia again,

We ended up leaving early because we could not sleep due to the people next door. The room was not nearly as clean as it could have been either and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I stayed at this property for 1 night while passing through to escape the hurricane in Florida. In the middle of the night, my dog needed to use the bathroom so I grabbed my key card and took him out. When I got back to my room my key would not work. I didn’t have my cell phone on me so thankfully after several attempts at ringing the doorbell at the office someone came to the window which I assume was the owner. After providing me with another key card that did not work she accused me of making noise at 2 am and wanted to know what I was even doing out of my room at this time. It was already a stressful experience thinking how I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and about 50 degree weather not knowing if I would be able to get back in before morning. There was never an apology for the inconvenience, only made me to feel as if I did something wrong in the situation.
