Beautiful, Cozy Cabin. Perfect Family Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin! It is breathtakingly beautiful. Spacious for the entire family! We had four adults, a one year old, and a dog. Everything we could’ve needed was there! Just bring food and clothes and you’re set. For families traveling with infants, rest assured you’re covered! The property had baby gates, a pack-n-play (life saver!), and a high chair. Lots to do to keep you entertained! Video games, hot tub, fire places to cozy up next to. Spending time on the porches swinging was a family favorite! Lacey was very responsive and answered our questions promptly and checked in regularly. The dog bowls being set out prior to arrival was a great touch! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing Place to Stay

The owner takes great pride in this place and offers nothing but the best for her renters. The communication with the owner was SUPERB. No matter the time, she was responsive to our messages, even at midnight. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with appliances and bath towels, etc.. The layout was amazing. The downstairs area is great for multiple families or a family with kids. We had no issues with wifi, as they have the best routers. The downstairs was like a cabin in itself. There was plenty of TVs for eveyone to gave their own.. and again, with no problem with internet connection. We also loved that everyone had their own personal outdoor space. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of shopping, walking, and wine tasting. The location was perfect and the drive to the cabin was great. You don't need an SUV to get there. A car would be fine to drive. There were many things that we did in the neighboring cities. Do not pass this place up. It is the coziest, most clean and comfortable place you will stay in. Wishing you a great stay in this place.

Great house, lots of space

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! The house is open and inviting and we loved the huge back porches. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook, the toiletries provided in the bathrooms were great, and there are plenty of towels and blankets. The property manager was always quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Close to Town Escape

Sweet cabin! Despite the windy roads ( standard for mountain cabins ) the Cohutta Overlook “neighborhood” is a nice enclave of safe mountain cabins easily accessible to town . This cabin had all the necessary essentials for a getaway - super nice hot showers were a treat. And, big fun were several arcade games downstairs which we enjoyed a lot on a rainy day . You need to “pack in “ groceries / food supply since restaurants aren’t right down the road . We also had a tad difficulty in cell phone coverage ( only 1 bar at times ) but internet was totally reliable . When we hiked up the mountain hill in the neighborhood we had 3 bars on our cell without problem . Overall a great stay and great find - and owners/ managers were super attentive and anxious to please .

While it’s just a short drive to Blue Ridge’s fantastic restaurants and shops, the cabin itself is tucked away in a peaceful, scenic setting, allowing you to fully unwind. The spacious decks are perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee, enjoying an outdoor meal, or simply soaking in the crisp mountain air. And the hot tub? Lovely mountain retreat

Beautiful open concept pet-friendly home. The host was great to work with. We loved the indoor/outdoor living and well appointed kitchen. The back decks with outdoor fireplace upstairs and hot tub downstairs were the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Lacey is an Awesome HOST!!

Our family came from Alabama and Texas for a mountain getaway. This house was absolutely the perfect pick for us. You can do the research and read reviews but you never know what the house is actually going to be like until you get there. The beds were super comfortable!!Lacey was so quick to respond to any question we had. She even arranged for a delivery of a broom and a bucket after dark! I told her we could pick them up the next day when we went into town but she sent them on right away. We were there super bowl weekend. We got there saturday. This is a dry county so make sure you bring what you need. You can buy beer and wine in Blue Ridge town but not any stores outside of town. Package store goods are about 30 miles away. We had rain solid for 48 hours. The rain on the metal roof made sure we got plenty of naps! The outside fireplace was our hangout. You can buy firewood from one of the houses at the bottom of the road heading up to the house. We saw deer and turkeys from the back porch looking in the woods. Thank you Lacey for your hospitality!

Love this place

My wife and I used this for a 4 day getaway and loved every minute of it. The gas fireplace, the back deck with gas grill, guest friendly streaming service, kitchen area, King En Suite with Rain Shower, and hot tub were the amenities we used the most. The thing I appreciated also was how accommodating the owner was during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. When we noticed a couple of key items missing, she had those things delivered the next morning. The only thing about the area that is difficult are the typical long windy steep roads that can make travel difficult during with ice or snow. We loved this place and would definitely rent again.

This was just a quick two nights for us and our young toddler but it was spectacular. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Truly the best hot tub in a cabin stay we’ve ever had and also a lovely indoor outdoor living experience with the decks and the sliding doors. Amazing light! It was the escape we all needed. I’m coming back soon but this time only with my husbad! The lower level is totally meant for cuddly movie watching vibes and everything here is what you want for a cabin stay.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Enjoyed a quick trip to visit our daughter near Blue Ridge and take a couple days to relax and enjoy this beautiful cabin. It was very clean and loved all the space indoors and outdoors! It’s only a few minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge. Lacey, the host was amazing and very attentive to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Our anniversary/my birthday trip. We loved the cabin. It was a great location. We had minor issues with tvs and hot tub at check in. However, Lacey is an amazing host and was on top of the issues in no time at all. She responded to messages very quickly. We fully enjoyed the stay. The cabin was very nice and clean upon arrival. Would recommend this cabin!!

Vacation get away

The house was exactly as listed! The host was very accommodating to allow us early check in due to arriving earlier than our anticipated time! The house is beautiful and so relaxing! Such a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area! This house (and host) provided everything you need for a short or long getaway. Plenty of space and It’s quick access to town if you need it and plenty of walking/hiking trails within 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Relaxing Short Stay

My wife and I came in for a weekend getaway. We were very pleased with this house, particularly the open floor plan, stainless appliances, and the magnificent large windows in the back that overlooked the woods. The two porches up and downstairs are quite ample, and there’s a hot tub ready for action as soon as you pull back the top. The three bedrooms are adequately sized. We stayed in the top floor master which is very easy to reach. The bath has two sinks and a lovely shower with overhead and sidewall heads as well as a wand. There’s a bunk bed for two that would work well for kids in one of the two downstairs bedrooms. Televisions are everywhere. Cooking apparel is good. The grill on the porch is nice and hooked to a central supply of propane or gas, so no changing out tanks. I like the outside TV. If you can somehow avoid using electronics, it’s incredibly quiet. Plenty of wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay.
