* Up to two (2) dogs allowed under 50 pounds with a per pet fee + taxes. **If more than 2 dogs are on the premises an additional charge of $250 per dog will be assessed.**
* Smoking is allowed outdoor and outdoors only. If you smoke, please ensure the ashtrays are emptied. If smoking debris or cigarette butts are left behind, a cleaning fee will be charged and documented with photos.
* **A grill** is provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use using the cleaning utensil provided nearby.
* There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if you do not clean up after yourself and your pets
* There are two pool keys available if Lost there will be $150 charge.
* **No fire works** or lighting of lanterns or other items anywhere on the premises.
* **Parking** : There is strictly no street parking. Per HOA regulations, vehicles parked on the street will be towed at the owner's expense.
* **Trash Collection:** Garbage pickup is on Monday morning. If your stay coincides with this, please take the trash bins to the road on Sunday night.
* **Hot Tub & Jacuzzi: **Please keep the hot tub cover closed at all times when not in use to prevent pollen and debris from entering the water. Detailed instructions for operating the Jacuzzi are posted on the wall by the back door. Do not remove the chemical ball from the water; it must remain for hygiene and maintenance purposes.
* If any House Rules are violated, additional charges will incur and/or your party will be evicted.
