We got to the property at check in time and the room “wasn’t ready” after waiting for an hour and a half, we got offered 3 separate rooms, some upstairs and some downstairs so it was very inconvenient. Once entered the rooms were not cleaned properly, I highly doubt, they did the service. Restroom toilet was horrible. And lastly, the parking lot structure is very unsafe, I fell with the parking cement because the wire is out. Staff is friendly but overall experience was not good at all.
