The Riverbend House
Spacious ranch style home with large eat-in kitchen/island with open concept to the dining area and living room. Large screen, LCD Smart TV in the living room is hung on a pivoting bracket so favorite shows can be viewed from the kitchen while cooking or dining area. Guests are all provided access to complimentary wireless high speed internet along with numerous streaming platforms and premium channels.
You can enjoy visiting with friends in the large back yard, lounge on the deck in a "Big Easy" chair while barbecuing on the charcoal grill. Entire back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence.
This residence is equip with washer/dryer/detergent, ironing board/iron, cleaning supplies, towels, linens and paper products. For extended stays, weekend housekeeping is available upon request.
The home is cooled with central air conditioning, ceiling fans and has gas forced air heat for winter months.
