The service at check-in and generally at the reception is really bad, usually lots of people with issues and only one staff member. Breakfast buffet is good. The rooms usually have something missing be it towels, remote control for a/c, blanket among others. No safes in the room!!!!

Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room.
