This beautiful lakefront property is situated in 1.75 acres facing Lake Cutris, about 40 km (or 40 minutes) from the town of La Fortuna, a world class destination in the heart of the Costa Rican rainforest. The property offers a peaceful and idyllic setting with all the exotic natural beauty and sounds of the tropical forest that Costa Rica is known for. The house has been designed for your comfort and enjoyment of the outdoors, with extensive pool and BBQ area, including outdoor kitchen, private dock, kayaks, and more. The floor plan includes the main living area with kitchen/dining area, and expansive outdoor deck for al fresco dining an lounging in the hammocks.
