Come enjoy the ocean views right on the water at Bird Key Retreat on Boca Grande Island! This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath luxury home with an open, airy floor plan sleeps up to 12 and has space for the entire family! North facing oceanfront views from the master suite and anywhere else from the back of the house, no matter which floor. Large back yard with heated pool right next to a white sand beach with direct access to the open water. Private dock with boat lift as well to tie up your water craft!

Spend your vacation lounging pool or seaside, take a walk to the north tip of Boca Grande island at low tide for shelling, or fishing around and under the docks along the beach. Enjoy the breeze off the water from the lanai porch on the ground level or the enclosed veranda and deck on the second floor. Family meals are no problem, quick driving access to Boca's best restaurants or go home-cooked in the large kitchen with a large breakfast nook and larger dining area at your disposal.

Master suite on the top level has a king bed with panoramic views of the water and built-in desk space for remote working if you have to clock-in for a few hours. This suite also has a large bathroom that includes Jack & Jill sinks with large walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Other bedrooms include two guest rooms that have a king and queen bed each, with a queen and a bunkroom with four twin beds for the little ones on the lower level.

Pool is heated from Nov 15 - Apr 1 each year. Spill Over in Pool heats to same temperature as the pool - not any higher. There is no hot tub

The house was even better than the listing suggests. Light, bright, comfortable beds, plenty of inside and outside spaces to gather and a view to die for. We spent hours in the pool after boating, gathered on the sofas for movie nights and enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch while watching the dolphins play. The multi level set up was perfect for our extended family which included a baby. Everybody had private space when needed. It couldn’t have been more enjoyable! Check in and check out were easy and all of our pre check in questions were answered quickly, allowing us to plan for our group’s specific needs. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with an amazing location on the water. This is the perfect place to vacation with a relatively large group. There's tons of space for everyone and the vibe of the house was really relaxed which was perfect for our group. We would definitely rent it again if we ever come back in Boca Grande.
