Modern and pristine 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom pool home offers a fully renovated home with brand new finishes and new appliances.

The sunny and private backyard offers a fully screened in pool, including lounge chairs, dining area, TV, couches, BBQ grill and egg chair perfect for your vacation! Pool heating available at additional cost.

The property manager was straightforward to communicate with, getting back to me within an hour of any query. The house is located in a neighborhood I would have chosen not to stay in had I known. The street where the rental is located is marginally okay. I took wrong turn one block away from the house, and was surprised at the wretched condition of the neighborhood right next to where we rented. The house is fine, the pool area is nice, but the lining needs to be replaced or repainted, or de-algaed. The kitchen is serviceable. Housekeeping could be improved, but the interior was passable. There were plenty of good towels in both the house and by the pool. The outside driveway area needs a solid power wash near the trash bins, as it is filthy. The outdoor entry area features plastic flowers lining the walkway to the front door.

Met our needs beautifully

The house was just what we expected. We stayed for 3 weeks. It is well appointed. The master bedroom is roomy and the bedding was very comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were very convenient although the chairs could use some cushions. The outdoor tv was nice since we could play music. The kitchen does not have a table (which I knew from the pictures) but the stools are not comfortable. The indoor couches were comfortable and roomy. We used the pool without paying the $50 per day heating fee. The location is nice. We walked to eating establishments and the supermarket.

The accommodation saved our trip!

This is a lovely, warm, cozy and private home. We were really happy with the while setup. Because of really bad weather and because we both fell ill on arrival, this trip was looking to be a disaster. But the home saved the day and was the perfect oasis. And, bar none, the best shower I've ever experienced. We are lucky to have found this place.

Not the best...

The house is not very comfortable. AC would not keep house cool during our July stay. They have 2 couch sitting areas but no indoor dining table (just counter & uncomfortable metal stools). Single bathroom very small and no countertop made it difficult to get ready. Pool not very appealing and has netting with spider webs everywhere. The propane tank was empty and me as the renter had to pay $30 to get tank filled. House works in a pinch but definitely better options to consider.

Very nice and relaxing!

We had an amazing experience during our visit! The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were all set. The location is perfect distance from the beach and all other attractions we visited during our stay but not too busy. The pool was so nice and the kids enjoyed it every day. The master bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever had on a vacation which allowed us to feel relaxed and well rested. The homeowner was very helpful with quick responses to all of our inquiries anytime we had questions although we were not able to reach the property manager. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this house to everyone. We look forward to staying here again!!
