Refund needed for false advertising and poor servi

I received an email to say the pool and got tub would be available after Feb 28. We checked in March 8th no pool or hot tub available. No price reduction or compensation offered. The hotel restaurant disregarded our dinner reservation and we didn't get seated for an hour. Ruined the birthday celebration. So disappointing.

The front desk didn’t greet me. Just asked for my name when checking in. Room service told me they were busy and ice cream not a great idea. The housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating. The view impeccable. I would go back.

Perfect view. Patio for wine. All around fantastic. I feel a bit over priced for less than 24 hour stay. Just for the view.

If you would like to revisit the '70's this place is for you. The only thing missing are the shag rugs. For the your paying top dollar and in return your getting very little. A complete renovation and upgrade is needed. We were very disappointed.

Amazing Anniversary / Engagement Stay!

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was fabulous! I checked in on line and had some requests and not only did they fulfill them, they also put a complimentary bottle of wine in the room for us. The room was so clean you could smell the cleanliness! Even the windows were spotless, no fingerprints from the past guests. Little did I know when I booked the room that I also would be getting engaged there!! So thank you to the Inn at the Tides and the staff for being a beautiful, clean and friendly place to stay. The Inn will now be a part of our forever story!
