The Mediterranean-style apartment is tiled with Italian porcelain stoneware and has modern underfloor heating, powered by solar thermal energy, photovoltaics, CO²-neutral pellet heating and 100% green electricity, and has been awarded an environmental prize for being particularly environmentally friendly.
The bright, cozy living-dining room (19m²)
is equipped with Sat-Flat-TV, Internet-DAB-Radio and Highspeed-Glassfiber Internet via W-LAN. The room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, leather armchair and a folding dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4* fridge, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave grill, three coffee machines (coffee machine with grinder, pad and filter), kettle and toaster.
