Welcome to our spacious 106 m² holiday apartment in Bodolz. The apartment combines natural materials with modern amenities and sustainable energy from a private photovoltaic system and solar technology.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with light and offers beautiful views of Lake Constance and the Alps through large windows. On the partially covered balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and the peaceful garden atmosphere in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, and two coffee machines. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available, making longer stays comfortable.
You can park directly on the property. Up to three outdoor parking spaces and an additional space under the carport are available.
There is a separate storage room in the carport for bicycles, skis, or sports equipment. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via an external staircase with a private entrance.
You are welcome to use the large garden, which features a football goal and a fire pit. There are also three bodies of water (pool and small ponds) on the property. Extra caution is required with small children.
Use of the garden is at your own risk.
Chickens and cats live on the property. Our rooster may crow occasionally, but the apartment is well soundproofed.
