Double check before making a reservation because there are 2 hotels which have similar names in Yalikavak (Art Suite Hotel & Arts Hotel). This hotel is good on location but beach is facing for Yalikavak Marina. Other than this, stuff is helpful and good for just staying, nothing more on amenities...

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HOTELS.COM

This hotel should not be open for tourists. It was terrible with mold and dampness and no heater. The pool was full of water (green mold). Everything was terrible. We immediately walked out of the hotel and checked into another hotel. We called Hotels.com but the customer service was terrible and they kept insisting that they wanted to check with the hotel about the condition. Crazy Hotels.com. We deserve a total refund.

resepsiyonda giriş yaparken karşılaştığımız saçma tavır.. online resepsiyondan haberleri dahi yok. emin misiniz bizim oteli tuttuğunuza falan denildi hatta :)) fiyatını haketmeyen bir otel. beach alanı güzel o da 18.00dan sonra denize girilmiyormuş.

Çok sıradan

Odalar fena değil, duş küçük ve yatakta biraz daha konforlu olmalı. Oda düzenlemesi kesinlikle yetersiz. Her gün odada bir eksik vardı temizlik sonrasında. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ancak çeşit çok az ve her gün bu az çeşitle kahvaltı yapmak çok sıkıcı olabiliyor. Özel plajı yok. Otele ait restaurant ve bir iskele var. Bu iskelede güneşlenip denize giriyorsunuz. Personeli yardımcı ve güleryüzlü ancak amatör bir işletme. Fiyat performans açısından değerlendirdiğinizde daha iyi olmalı.

Preissleistung stimmt nicht!

Hotel ist sehr nah zum Strand. Die Preissleistung hat nicht gepasst! Zimmer und Anlage waren nicht sauber! Es wurde uns gesagt das Saisoende wäre und wir die einzigen Gäste sind. Selbst der Computer wurde schon ausgemacht..... Somit hatte der junge Mann der mit den Gedanken schon zu Hause war nicht sehen können das Gäste unterwegs sind! Am nächsten Morgen war ein sehr netter Herr vor Ort!
