The property was conveniently located, easy access to taxis service and only a 25 minute ride from airport without traffic. Amenities are great, pool, gym, etc are abundant. Kitchen in apartment was helpful but there was a cracked glass and broken cup. Walls displayed wear and tear but were fine. We hope to stay again…

2 to 4 hours without water on several days, and 1 day from 10 oclock till 6:30pm without electricity. And from monday till saturday theres work going on an another flat so can be very noisy but Nice unit aswell but lack of communication too.

Sink in the bathroom had black mold in it. The water was shut off for 24 hrs and they only gave me 12 hr warning and stated that I received notification but showed them I never did and gave me attitude about it and said well it was posted in the elevator. The guy at the reception I think Enrique had bad customer service and bad attitude. My medication pouch was delivered and was tampered with and he told me they would review the cameras to see if it was them, it took three days to get that video after asking day after day. Turns out it was not them but they did not give it priority. Have stayed there many times and this time the new workers seem to not be well versed in customer service.

Super stay, even if the pool and sauna was closed on Monday the only day I was there. Anyway I’ll book here again when I come back in Bogota because there is everything you need to relax and be comfortable before or after long travel. Very relaxing place in a big city.
