The property staff was extremely helpful, but the room was very small, the shower water kept turning on and off on it's own, and the toilet clogged almost immediately upon arrival. The room had light coming in the whole time and needs blackout curtains. No AC so bring a fan. People talking outside the thin wall late into the evening. Breakfast not worth the cost as it was toast and an egg. Great place to stay a night as it's in a good location near Bolivar Square. It's perfect for backpackers.

After some trepidation with the location and somewhat basic accommodations, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and considerate guests. And then a great breakfast and a super shower with hot water and wonderful views from the seating area and terrace. I will be staying again.

Hotel rooms were dirty. There was hair on every bed. The bathrooms are open in the room so there is no privacy if You’re sharing the room with someone. Also the rooms are all on a hallway that is very loud so you wake up very easily. The only positive is the staff is very nice

Feels like home

It was such an amazing experience. I only stayed for a night but I wanted to stay longer if not for my schedule. Catalina who was on duty at night even helped me for my stomach pain and prepared a coca tea for me. The place is wonderful and cozy. Even the owner is very accommodating.

Clean, rustic hostel

A really nice hostel, the room and whole place were very clean. Minimalistic but trendy. Really liked the decor. Only problem was the room didn't block the noise well so from our room we could hear everything in the foyer. Not a big problem as it is quiet at night.

Too loud at the courtyard.

Unclean sheets and room upon arrival. Loud building, rooms beside he courtyard receive all noise throughout the hostel such as Doorbell buzzing throughout the night; traffic going through the courtyard; staff on the phone at 6:30 am in the morning. No staff throughout the night to minimise the 4am conversations in the kitchen which echo throughout the hostel.. The rooms are comfortable (albeit a bit tight) although not clean until asked for it. No door to the bathroom which is unusual. We were unfortunate that we had to stay here for two nights in between flights. Although the reviews mention comfortable and peaceful night sleep.. It's far from what we got.

Was a beautiful, clean, and well-run place with comfortable lounge area. However, the "apartment suite" is right next to a busy road and the walls/windows were so thin you could hear every honk and brake throughout the night. No bathroom privacy in the bedroom and no general privacy in the "living" room which had only a transparent white curtain out to the public courtyard.

Pleasant hotel with nice rooms and comfortable guest lounge with computers TV and Netflix service. In good part of Candelaria for bars cafes and restaurants. The only downside was extremely poor and unreliable wifi. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Limpio y muy cómodo

El lugar está muy cuidado y tiene muchos espacios comunes. Me gustó el uso de la madera y que hubiera varios sofás y terrazas. La localización es perfecta para visitar La Candelaria y sus museos, la quinta de Bolívar y el cerro de Monserrate. Todo está cerca a pie. La atención de Carlos y de Lucas fue excelente.
