Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• Fee for English breakfast: approximately COP 9500 for adults and COP 7000 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: COP 35000 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 5)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: COP 8000 (one-way), (up to 5 years old)
• Nearby parking fee: COP 12000 per night (328 ft away; open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM)
• Pet fee: COP 19000 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: COP 40000 per night

• Visitors traveling with a child may be required by the property to present the following documents: At check-in, parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be obligated to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian citizens). If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be obligated to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors planning to travel with children should consult a Colombian consulate office in advance of travel for additional guidance.
