Buenas tardes Cassa Luxury Bogotá No puedo dejar pasar la oportunidad para expresarles lo insatisfactoria y desalentadora experiencia en mi breve estadía ustedes. Ya los había visitado dos años atrás por unas 4 noches y los volví a elegir con las expectativas de lo que fue una muy buena experiencia en esa ocasión. No sólo el recibimiento fue frío, poco cordial y hasta podría decir que mi llegada fue sentirla inoportuna. Esto a parte de mencionar que para el chofer del taxi fue imposible conseguir la atención de la joven en recepción para que abriera portón para vehículo, tuvo que desmontarse y abrir él, a pesar de haberle avisado vía WhatsApp minutos antes para que estuviese atenta. Prácticamente la misma actitud cuando regresé a hotel 8 pm, luego de hacer compras en Andino , al momento de yo tocar el timbre para entrar. Tuve que tocar la puerta como 4 veces, y la veía en la recepción, pero se tomó su tiempo. En fin, la persona que estuvo en recepción durante mi estadia hacía esfuerzo mínimo, no me parece perfil de servicio.

This is our second time staying here. It’s safe & close to everything. Safe s amazing & breakfast is also great. Camila &Jise always serve us wonderful food. Will stay here again, especially if you have children or pet us the best place with Virrey park right across from hotel.

My stay was great overall. Staff was great helpful and breakfaat was amazing. Aside from that my only complain was that when I check in to my first room the floor was dirty but I only stayed one night then moved to a higher floor. That room was clean but the trash was not taken out. I feel like the managers should inspect rooms before stays in my opinion.
