It is a place that you feel safe and confortable. Excelent place for breakfast lunch and dinner. Close to Mall Gran Estación which is very safe. Very clean room and location, housekeeper were great and friendly, front desk, and all were great

Fue una excelente experiencia! Las áreas comunes del hotel muy limpias , el personal es excelente con buen trato y amabilidad sin igual . El cuarto en excelente condiciones, cómodo y amplio. En el restaurante la comida es excelente! Mi hija es un poco difícil para comer y le hicieron la comida a su gusto , además que todo muy fresco. Definitivamente lo recomiendo al 100%

Property was safe, with security access in a quiet area. Very close to the shopping malls, and easy access to getting around. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The DoubleTree cookies on checkin are AMAZING!

Estuve en este hotel con mi familia por 8 días y nos encantó, ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido! Todo el personal ha sido excelente, los de la recepción súper atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo, nuestros favoritos fueron los empleados del restaurant, riquísima comida y atención de primera.
