I was pleasantly surprised on the beauty of the complex. My room was way larger than expected and I had a lot of privacy. I would have liked more information available in the room and supplies. Even a QR code for a link to how to book services in the hotel, how to get convenience items, where breakfast was, a map to get around and attractions. Having to talk to the front desk all the time or ask someone is sometimes hard of the timing is off or language barrier. Other than that the bed was the best I’ve had in a while at a hotel and the free breakfast was great! People were very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Spanish (please translate) El hotel es uno bueno pero muy aburrido. La seguridad muy estricta, te hacen sentir que estas en una carcel con tanta pregunta y miradas, se siente como que desconfian de todo. Si no estas muy bien vestido te comienzan a mirar con sospecha y se comunican entre ellos para velarte. Se dejan llevar mucho por las apariencias de la vestimenta Es un hotel donde claramente el trato hacia un turista de placer versus uno de negocios es muy notable, te hospedan en apts. y otros en el hotel, te diferencian hasta de donde vas a desayunar, si en el rest. grande o en Los Rosales q es mucho mas limitado en menu y pequeño para los no ejecutivos o de negocios. Si no utilizas de sus taxis (q son el doble de caro que uno regular y utilizas alguno de afuera o un Uber no lo dejan entrar para recogerte ni dejarte en la entrada del lobby de la fuente, porque disque no hay una conseción u arreglo con ellos (o sea q se joda el turista en las afueras, y si esta lloviendo ni les importa). Hasta el maletero mira mal si es un taxi o Bus feo y sucio el q llega, aqui todo es es imagen. Cuando he ido de negocios por la empresa es tan distinto, opté por hospedarme con mi pareja de aniversario y fue muy incomodo.

Safe close to many activities and all the staff ready to assist at all times. Suggest better ways to guide visitors around the property. Area is large and confusing at times to go from place to place, place visible exit signs to assist in case of an emergency!

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was incredible with excellent fruits and yogurts and eggs and other hot food. Great location across from Unocentro Mall to eat at restaurants and grocery shop. Near the hospitals as well - great when visiting a loved one who may be in the hospital.
