the property was disgusting, they lied and said they would email expedia to help us get a refund and expedia’s customer service was absolutely abysmal. i won’t be using expedia again.

Very disappointing hotel

The night receptionist is useless, has no clue about running a hotel. The room wasn’t what was booked. At the room there wasn’t a remote control, you have to collect your own set of toiletries, the phone wasn’t working and never was fixed and the towels were a joke, the biggest one was the size of a hand towel. The shower was missing a door, so all water was covered the bathroom floor.

Me encanto el hotel lo recomiendo al 100%

Fantástico me encanto el Hotel muy buena atención Las chicas de recepción muy amables y el desayuno muy rico 😋 me dejaron repetir unos huevos deliciosos, Queda cerca de todo .centros comerciales el aeropuerto de verdad quede muy contenta seguro q voy a volver a este hotel

Me cambiaron de habitación, y en ambas el mismos factor común, la limpieza muy regular por no decir mala, pareciera que hiciera limpieza barrer y tender la cama y ya, la cama con pelos que quien sabe de quien era, y el baño las paredes y el inodoro sucio.
