Room was clean but it just felt smaller. I had booked delux but it was a simple room without AC control. Had to ask receptionist to turn on AC and then at night it got too hot. Walls are paper thin. On 2nd night someone stayed in the next room and didn't let me sleep until 2am with the noise

The room and bathroom weren't clean enough. The window has mold in the corners, the carpet on the hallways and elevator area were dirty. Otherwise the building seems to be recently built. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was not the best.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We had only a minor issue, nothing too crazy. The bed had long hairs between the sheets as if they didn’t get changed from prior guests. We did not complaint as they could had been from the dryer. Overall it was a good experience.

El hotel es Nuevo y limpio. Pero el servicio de traslado no es gratuito, me parece que ellos deben colocarlo en el perfil antes de que uno haga la reserva / booking . Te Yo estaba de tránsito en Bogotá y aún así me cobraron el IVA. Lo cual me pareció abusivo.
