Shortly upon getting into our room, I received a call asking if we would be open to accepting some baked goods, traditional to Bogota. That was such a lovely surprise, giving us the feeling of a warm welcome. Elkin, who greeted us and sent us off was very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, giving the vibe and the feeling we experienced staying at another Hilton property, The Conrad. All in all we had a great day at the Hilton Bogota.

Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. Mini bar within the room was empty, but there was complimentary water and coffee. Pizza and pasta at the 1st floor restaurant were pretty good.

It is close to the convention center, where we could safely walk. We would come back a little early after a stressful day and relax in the saunas. They had pure water to fill our water bottles. Clean and kind staff. The bar was kind to make a ginger cinnamon, lemon tea with honey for one of our party that had a sore throat.
